the solution is Love , we should love each other, Love humanity, and we should bilieve that this world is for all people , not only for a few group.
start with the people besid you and near to you ...
if you know some one poor try to help him, every one knows at least one person hwo need help...

We can't. According to the Bible, there will always be the poor amongst us.And we are told to treat them with discerning compassion.
So use your money wisely, and unless you are well informed as to the legitimacy of an individuals' situation & character, use privately run groups such as Salvation Army, to help .
Giving help indiscriminately will usually not help anybody.
There are some really evil people on the street, but they are convincing (that's why they're called "cons", short for" confidence men") who will trade on your confidence that you can tell who is looking for a hand up vs. who is looking for a hand out.
Give, but give wisely.

On that note, it's everyone's responsibility to help the poor. I know that I personally try to live a humble life, and to help anyone I can, when I can. The hard part is knowing who to help, and who is taking advantage. Individually to help, I'd say try giving out Ruby Tuesdays, MacDonalds, or JC Penneys gift cards instead of giving money to homeless people.
Helping the poor is the responsibility of anyone who has money.
PS Jesus also said to help the poor!
