just coat your magnets in superglue. that should solve your problem.

Talk to your cat's vet, besides I don't think you should stick magnets and maybe its time that your cat gets checked out rather than just replace the metal plate. Good luck

I'd say definatley see your vet, but if the cats head was full of rust they'd surely suffer some other symptoms?? Why do you try stick magnets to your cat anyway? Isn't that cruel??

The Cat or the metal plate? I am not clear on your question.

I know I shouldn't laugh, but I can't help it! I love the idea of a real life cat fridge magnet :o)

dont worry about this, it seems to be normal for cats to remove metal objects from thier heads, i recently had to replace my cats whole skull with metal, (well, i didn't HAVE to but you know how it is)
and in the morning the metal skull was just laying on the carpet with the cat wandering in circles dragging its floppy head!

bizzarre! but thats cats hey!

Jenolite is very good at removing rust, a good dose should sort your cat out. Available from all good motor part stores.

replace the rusty metal with titanium, and then have the cat galvanized in molten zinc - that should cure the rust problem
