Well in Nokia u have 5200 5300, 3230, 6600 the budget u have. In Sony Eric u have W550i, W300i Walkman phones don't go 4r Motorola according to my opnion.

may be u can try sum 2nd hand phones,if u can get a good bargain like..6681,3250,
or motorola u can buy a new v3i
and
in sony ericcson w550i,or 2nd hand u can get sum realy cool 1s if u can spend 10g's.. like m700 or p900
