Any remedy (the natural way,preferably) for this? Some say feminine wash will do it; some say it's normal during pregnancy. Thanks!

candidiasis is a yeast like fungus. you can use monistat or gynelotrimin to get rid of it. if left untreated, it can change to a pathogen and cause localized or generalized mucocutaneous disease.

No it is not harmful to the fetus.
You can use clotrimazole 1% cream wice a day to relieve the symptons, bt the only beffective treatment to cure it is an oral tablet which you cn't take until you have given birth ansd stopped breastfeeding.
If you use the cream though you will hardly know its there.
As
for natural remedies you can use natural live yoghurt which supposedly helps but I havent tried it.
