Just consult any reputable Physiatrist (a rehabilitation medicine doctor) at the major hospitals in Metro Manila. Pair that with Physical Therapy sessions and you'll do just fine. There are good rehabilitation services in the Philippine General Hospital, Manila Doctors Hospital, The Medical City, and Lung Center of the Philippines.

st. luke's medical center.. they have the RAI Center (Rheumatology, Allergology and Immunology Center). they have good rheumatologist who can treat your arthritis. and the best i guess..
