There is plenty of evidence if you are willing to accept it. Check the Surgeon Generals Report on Smoking. Check the American Cancer Society Documentation and ask your local doctor. If you still wish to smoke, however it is your choice.

Smoking causes cancer and is very annoying to non-smokers. It damages your body and you must certainly could live without it.
