Can a girl ask for compensation from his husband in divorce in India , if any girl is not virgin during marriage?

While divorcing, the courts directs the spouse having sufficient means to pay the other spouse (if unable to maintain) for future maintenance (either monthly or in lump sum). No compensation. Premarital sexual activities and experiences (even if proved or confessed) are not a ground to seek divorce.
