there is nothing wrong with your beardie eating pinkies or not it's up to their preference. mine eat them about once a month and sometimes they will go a day or two without eating afterwards. you will find many opinions about what you can and cannot feed your dragon. try to find the best facts possible and work with that I would use information coming from a herp vet who has an interest in your pet surviving and living a long life so he can come see the vet alot $ jk. as far as mealworms mine eat them all the time. I have never heard of mealworms only as a treat its their stapel diet in captivity/domestication. I hear lettuce is bad for them because it has no nutritional value. my vet says you can mix lettuce in with their other veggies to help keep them hydrated no nutrients but packed with water. spinach is a great source of bata-carotine but it binds with calcium in large amounts... in small amounts it just fine. feeding your dragon only one item of food is bad no matter what it is. they need a varied range of food consisting of ______________ you fill in the blanks from your research, herp vet and other sources you trust. its ok if your dragon will not eat a pinky but once every 6 months just keep the rest of his diet varied and well packed with protien, vitamins. and minerals that are important to your beardies well being. he will be fine. one last thing my beardies will not eat pinkies unless they are active. fuzzies are always active so thats not a problem there. but make sure you protein is active and moving to stimulate the beardie. good luck

How warm is your bearded dragon? I know from experience that if they are not warm enough they will not eat. Does he have a heat rock and lighting? Also, most bearded prefer pinkies. They only lick the fuzzies. Look into getting a remedy called Reptile Rescue. You should be able to pick it up at any pet store. Also, try introducing some warm baby food(like green beans, carrots). I believe that if you warm your bearded dragon up, he might just eat. Let me know if this helps.

Im not sure i can answer that question but I have had similar experience with a Dearded Dragon. I fed mine a "pinky" and he didn't eat for 3 weeks after that. I'd stick with worms, crickets, and plenty of vegitation. Also, if your not using Vita spray you should consider it, it seems to increase their appetite.

the reason actually could be he didnt like it last time. anyway, too much animal food is unhealthy for beardies, it could give them gout. so dont worry about it. no concern at all

btw u didnt say what worms -superworms are considered the most yummy animal food by many reptiles so if you feed by regular mealworms (too hard skin, too small for a beardie - could be swallowed alive) consider switching to superworms. if you feed superworms already, then dont be surprised that he prefers them to anything in the world

If your beardie does not want to eat fuzzy mice then don't give it to him, if he prefers the worms don't worry about it at least he is eating, worry about him when he does not want ot eat at all

How would they breed? However tankmates doesn't matter which sex have been known to bite toes and tails off. Seperation is the best way to fix that problem.
