It is generally said that a man is responsible for all the miseries of women.In fact more often a man is blamed for all the ills of a woman.But a critical analysis shows that more often it is a woman who is responsible for the plight of another woman and men are generally sympathetic to the fair sex.What do you think?

I actually asked a similar question last week stating that women abuse women more than men abuse women.

-Mother in law and sisters in law abusing the daughters in law is a huge example.
1. Women are more possessive of their sons -this is the biggest issue:
-They see their sons as someone who can fulfil their dreams that their fathers and husbands failed to provide them. So when the son gets married, they see the daughter in law as someone who is taking away their prized possession and is now in control.
I know so many women who have suffered at the hands of their mother in laws (if the mother in law is smart, she will pretend in public and torment the d-i-l inside the house. And if the d-i-l is poor then that is also a bonus to trouble her more)


2. Women are naturally jealous of other women
-Isnt it a common saying that there are two groups when three women are present. Even when 10 men are present they all relate as one group.
-Women need to take sides, and need to put down other women. This comes naturally for them.
-I have seen in girls hostels where girls fight and rip each other for small issues; Have you ever tried sharing an accomodation with another women? They will drive us crazy.
-Many women prefer to share homes with men because it is easier to live with them

3. It is women who want jewels and wear them
-The greed for jewlery haaaaa! do i even have to say anything about it?

4. It is women who crave to buy silk sarees
- Same here. Women critize if another women has just one simple saree and wears it all the time for weddings etc...

5. And more so the problem is widely spread with the middle class - they are neither poor to have nothing, nor rich to have everything!

Thankfully joint family system is disintegrating among middle class and as more and more families have just one child, the problems from sisters in law is fast disappearing. And as more women work now a days, they see other people and when in trouble they have the support system of friends, co-workers who help them if need be.

It is easier for a women to hurt another women and be happy about it. We see that in every day life. A women is an easier target to be preyed upon - either by another man or another aggressive woman!

Having so said, I am not saying that men are excellent. They have their own issues -struggle for power, struggle to prove themselves ( after marraige we are okay if a woman wants to stay at home, but we cannot accept a husband to stay at home)

You are right. If a girl gets married and goes to the in-laws house with her husband, She faces more problems because of the other ladies in that house.

The mother-in-law doesn't want this girl to be very close to her son ie the girls husband.

The mother-in-law thinks that her son should only listen and obey to her words and not his wife's words.

It is purely because of jealousy. They make the son like a doll to act. But they forget that after certain this will be reverted to them.

The person whoever marries the girl should think that she is new to the house. The person should give respect to the wife feelings as well as mother.

there is no point in blaming each other.both are matured enough to forgive and forget.any problem speak out docuss and come to conclution.then the whole life u will be doing this. life is a celebration every moment u sld enjoy no point in thinking about the past. enjoy ur life.think +ve.be with people who think +ve.once this is solved help others who r suffering like this . all the best .take care.

if you look at the problem closer I guess it could be another woman but man often fall short of staying true to a woman. So with that said why do any of us do what we do?

k agreed but it is for a man so it implies indirectly all this is for the sake and cause of a man right so man is the reason for all the horrors that a women encounters
