Well, you could call the police and tell them to escort him out. You could change the locks while he's away. You could get a restraining order put on him. You could call the landlord and explain the situation and have him taken off the lease. Or... you could just move. Do you realize that you can get in trouble just for having crack in your home, even if you don't do it yourself?

See an lawyer and get a divorce, But if I was you I would just move instead. You can have your name taking off the lease then. You can tell the judge that you need your name removed from the lease so that you can find a place of your own without any problems.

Contact the police and explain the situation. They'll kindly escort him out for you! It's key that you do it soon though, because if he does something stupid and ends up having the police come after him and they come to your house, then you can be held accountable as well.

It's also important to contact your landlord/apartment manager (whoever it is who holds the lease) and let them know the situation and that you've contacted the police.

All you have to do is tell the landlord that you want to break your portion of the lease. You'll have to pay the fee and move out but at least you'll be done with it.

There isn't anything you CAN do, he is on the lease and unless he gets evicted by the landlord there is nothing else that YOU can do. You can talk with your landlord about the problem.

Report him to the authority and have him lock-up or send to a half-way house or something. While he's gone, move house and don't leave any contact details behind and don't tell your neighbours where you will be.

it is illegal... if the police catches him and finds out you haven't reported him, you can go to jail for a while too.
