When I have got my wired modem connected I can download music no problem at all. However when I change over to

my wireless modem I can't download music at all for some unknown reason. I use DC++ (Direct Connect) Anyone know why this happens? I can still download files no problem at all with the wireless modem just not music.

Sounds like the file type is being blocked by a firewall. If connecting to a wireless router that has a built in firewall, you may want to check the config. for the wireless connection.

I assume you mean downloading music files, like mp3 and not just streaming music.

it may be the port is block just check with the connection provider that how to open the port for specific downloads
