and vice versa ? What I mean is; Should it be illigal for men who are well off to be able to go to a poorer nation and steal another poorer mans chances at having a wife and a family ?
Should be illigal within each nation as well ? So that you don't have the scenario where one rich man or rich boy can just use his wealth to lure a woman into his trap.
What punishments do you think are appropriate when say a financially secure business man form America go's to Rio De Janeiro Brazil and scoops away another mans girl with his boasting of his busines sucess and the good life in America inorder to lure the woman away form the other poor guy ?

The ratio of women to men in Rio is pretty close to 6/1. The number of rich American men going to rio to bring back a bride is probably pretty low. Also, take into account, that brasiliera will probably divorce the American, and be very wealthy herself, when she comes back to live in Rio.
No, it should not be illegal, and the UN should not waste time for such things.

As long as the woman is not kidnapped and taken against her will there is nothing that can be done. Nor is there anything that should be done.

If a man or woman sees someone else they prefer being with and they are not committed or married there is no reason they should not go be with that person. If a man or woman is more attractive physically than you should they be punished also?

That will never happen! And don't worry about rich, old men taking your woman: she won't take long to realise what exactly their money is compensating!
What should be taught at schools, though, to young, gullible minds, is that money will never make them happy! They just get the old ones because that way they can buy themselves all those shiny things they like. They are really only cheap prostitutes that swap terrible sex, cooking and cleaning, and sometimes raising their kids for a few nice dresses, holidays and more shoes than they'll ever wear out in their lives!
