Most addictive? There are so many, but the often prescribed ( for short period) tranquilizers like Valium, Xanax are pretty addictive.

Benzodiazipines: Valium, temazepam, nitrazepam
Opiate Anelgesics: oxy contin, oxy codone, diudrine,percocet these are all basically morphine or pharmacuetical heroin as it were.
Depends what kind of person you are some stimulate like riddalin where the others i mentioned are downers, oh did i mention that im in love with oxy contin and valium.
