If you can, find a way to get a nap in during the day. It will do wonders for you and will allow to function better the next morning. You are still getting almost 7 hours of sleep, you should not be that tired in the morning.

At the end of your morning shower, turn the water all the way to cold and let it run all over for you at least a minute. Vitamin C and maybe 10 mins of cardio before you head back out. Stretch and roll your neck around when you feel that sleepiness bearing down on you.
