i bought my laptop in 2004. and it's still under warranty. i bought it at best buy. can i take my laptop to best buy to upgrade it for free since it's under warranty. one example is online gaming. i want to play counter strike on my laptop without no lag since it does on my lappy as it is now. and besides i don't want to play counter strike on my dad's computer, since he doesn't like it. please help me out!

theyll probably make you pay for the ram but do the installation for free. they cant just give you free ram bc it will mess up their inventory.

i thought thats a soft ware problem, normally best buy warrenties don't cover software.
