only if your dualband have GSM 1900? USA run on that frequency. does not work on GSM 900/1800

It depends on what frequency band and network type the phone is for. If it is for GSM and has a sim card it needs to be 850mhz or 1900mhz. If the phone is CDMA the frequencies used are 800mhz and 1900mhz.
