How about the Saddle Peak Lodge in Calabassas? I was there once a few years back and it was really wonderful.

Take her to Marina Del Rey. There are many reataurants by the Marina where the boats dock. Some restaurants offer beautiful views including a wonderful atmosphere. And after you are both done with your meal, you can take a walk on the bike path which goes along the Marina. At night time it is a beautiful place. It is quiet, peaceful. Romantic. The path goes for miles but I suggest you stay close to restaurant. In the day time it is difficult to walk the path due to high volume of bicycles. But you can still enjoy yourself there.

There are a couple of great restaurants in the Valley...Villa Piacere in Woodland Hills has great food and a romantic atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, location is great. The outside patio area is lit up with little twinkly lights at night...very romantic. Try the butternut squash pasta...mmmm!
The Odyssey in Granada Hills is another good one. Great food, reasonable prices, fantastic view of the Valley at night...also very romantic!
If you feel like traveling into the heart of Los Angeles, there's the San Antonio Winery. Food is good, not too fancy, nice selection of wine. (of course!!)

La Boheme is very romantic, also Spago has fabulous food and I'm sure she'd be very impressed. If you want sushi I'd choose The Geisha House.

Yamashiro in the Hollywood Hills is VERY romantic, my bf took me there for my bday last year and it was great! has a view of the whole city, and the food was amazing, it is cal-asian fusion. There is a garden walkway outside for you to walk with your sweety.
