You have an endless supply of sperm - it never runs out! Masturbation has no effect whatsoever on anyone's sperm count. In fact, if you ejaculate regularly, the body keeps on producing more and more healthy sperm.

The truth is, yes it can; but it's only temporary. When a male ejaculates, it takes about 36 hours for the sperm count to return to normal. Furthermore, this does NOT mean that you can masturbate, then have sex, and not worry about getting someone pregnant. There are still sperm present, just not quite as many; remember it only takes one. FYI

It feels kind of weird, to tell the truth. A little bit painful at first, but not horribly so. Mostly it just feels weird, especially to have something somewhat big (now, I apologize for what's coming, but you asked for details) moving inside of you like that. After the act, it's natural to feel a little awkward around the person you did it with, just because it really is an intimate act of love. If it's not done with a person you really trust, and unless you're a big sl*t (which it doesn't sound like you are), you might find that you feel a little violated to have done such an intimate act with someone who doesn't seem to appreciate the significance of it as much as you do... So my advice is to be careful about whom you have sex with. It sounds like you and your bf have been together for awhile... Her first time probably will not be that remarkable of an experience. Unless you're easily aroused, just the fact this will be your first time will make you somewhat nervous and maybe not as into the act as you might be able to get later down the line, once you've grown comfortable with doing it, the positions, what to expect, etc. So I wouldn't expect no heavenly experience or anything like that your first time... But those experiences will come in due time, later down the line. It seems pretty common that girls don't get aroused as fast as boys, so it's harder for them to have orgasms than it is for the guy. In fact masturbating help you replenish what you released.
Masturbate As often as you like, just don’t over do it!
Explore your body find out other routines and try different techniques so that you don’t get bored such as
Try experimenting with your hands to make those inches feel good. Once you master I don’t mean just plain ole jacking it, try using two hands, hand switching, using your hips, double twist with both hands, rub your ball in circular motions as your masturbating not hard but gentle circular motions, you can even pull on them be gentle until you get used to it, use your imagination and act on it.

you make new sperm every day, thats what your body does, some few people dont make a lot of sperm, they will have problems getting children if they do or dont masturbate.
