Not during urination, but holding it when they have to go.

No. Bull crap. Men cannot urinate with erections, so we try and avoid them if we want to or need to pee. Some men are idiots, by the way, if you have not figured that out by yourself. It is extremely uncomfortable to walk around with a full erection unless your penis is tiny, plus whipping out a fully engorged penis in the men's room is not recommended except in gay bars. Most restrooms don't have dividers between urinals, so sure we get a glance at everyone's equipment. A big whanger would stand out like, well, a big whanger and most guys would want to avoid that anyway.
If some guys are visibly showing erections either uncovered to you or in their pants, they are simply horny and want to have sex.

Most men wake up in the morning with an erection with the urge to urinate, it must have something to do with holding on so you don't wet the bed. It is hard to urinate with erection this maybe the body's reason.

When I urinate I normally do not get an erection. What is problematic is when I awake and have an erection and have to relieve myself. It becomes and acrobatic job in the morning.

noramally i get no erection during urination
but if i urinate with erection it will give me lot of pleasure
just after have sex i will go for urination...i feel like heaven
