She was there 7 years ago before we met. We were there last summer. We are looking for Jobs. I am In Education/Sports coaching and Sports media, she is In Marketing and Avd. for a Cable co. What is the Job Market like?? we know the salaries are 10% less then what we are getting now(we are in NY) but he COL is 20% less.....any help? we would be greatful

Our daughter lives in Payson, it is the best of both worlds, beautiful scenery, season changes and slower pace living than you are accustomed to. So far as the job markets, check with the Monster Jobs.com and yes the pay scale will be less than you are accustomed to. good luck I know you will love it. Flagstaff is bigger and may offer greater opportunities.

You could check out Williams, about 20 miles west of Flagstaff. Nice little town. Not sure about sports jobs but might be something in marketing with the Grand Canyon Railway or the Tourist Centre. Cjheck their website, job postings are usually listed. If you like the real estate/ hospitality type thing, you could try opening your own B&B or maybe a karate/dance school or sports club for the local kids.
