hi Lee, i'd take homestead windows 7 for a trycontinual and make your very own determination. You computing device is YOUR device, no longer mine. no one elses. i've got faith you're able to nonetheless have the skill to beta try homestead windows 7. So, it fairly is fairly useful to attempt that first. Vista is a sturdy OS, and could be around for a while nonetheless. So, the two way MS has ya via the quick hairs. this could be a private decision wherein no person yet you additionally could make. it incredibly is like giving suggestion on your spouse's selections in mattress. Are you going to place up with that? LOL! or you occupation, i'm unlikely any extra with those.

you should opt for a compaq . it has a model in around 39ooo which runs vista very well. but it is impossible 2 find a 256 mb graphics card in a low end laptop. at least increase your budget 2 90ooo. but i cant understand y u want dat in a laptop, because it will reduce battery life and produce unnecessary heat. first decide wat u realy want out of ur laptop. if u want rock solid performance 24 hrs, and if u also need mobility then go for ibm-thinkpad. it doesnt have many features, but it will never let u down.
