The opposite ends of Highway 1. The Maine coast and the Florida keys. And take the local highways to get from one to the other. The best stuff isn't what you plan to see. It's what you come across while finding your way from one place to the other.

Day one Myrtle beach SC through Charlstons historic downtown down to Hillton Head Island SC for fun bars nice beaches and general tourist stuff. Day two Savannah GA historic downtown complete with over a hundered bars and pubs in 4 square miles just a skip to Tybee island GA to enjoy one of the countrys most laid back beach. Aint the finest beach in the world but you can still get loaded on the sand with a good quarter mile of bars. day three south again through Jykle Island GA for a looky loo of the great islands continue south to Daytona for general craziness. All can be done between us 17 and I95. I've done this ride numerous times when I lived in Savannah it is a blast and highly recomended.
