I need to know a website where I can download IE6. How can I uninstall IE7 and then install IE6 if my only internet is uninstalled? I have Windows 98 if that changes anything.
Please help because I want to play this game I used to play but IE7 won't allow me to play it.

Uninstall IE7
First try to uninstall it from add/remove panel. If it is not possible then the alternate IE7 uninstallation goes as follows. IE6 is restored as IE7 is uninstalled.
-enable to view hidden files
(start > control panel > Folder options > View > Show hidden files and folders > apply >ok)
-click on Start > Run
type the following (ther are additional spaces after \ to make them display on this page, you can skip them while typing)
c:\ windows\ ie7\ spuninst\ spuninst.exe
press ok, Follow the on-screen instructions, after completion double-click IE to check that IE6 is working.

this is not your day John? Skeleton report could nicely be bumped off by potential of freeware that I defined approximately in final question responded. Do what classic has stated approximately removing IE7 and installation IE6. I put in IE7 with out any worry besides the undeniable fact that some persons are have worry dude, so don't worry. Uninstalling IE7 from Windows 98 ?! (did 98 accepte ie7..)
However if u wanna downloading IE6, you have to read this file

You most likely have IE6 hiding in the list of Add/Remove programs. When u go there, click "show updates".
then get rid of IE7.

IE7 do not work at all on any windows before XP,, do not work on 98,,me,,2000

All i can say is.. good luck. i HATE IE7. It sucks.
what you MIGHT wanna try (only if you are advanced) is backup all your data... download an IE killer.. Kill it.. then go to microsoft update website and they will prompt you to download IE.. click windows 98 and not XP.
