The latest book in the anime is in Shippuden which is a rare release called Icha Icha Tactics
As for a book to be published, there will be no Icha Icha paradise or any book created by Jiraiya in the anime to be created as a real book.
Kishimoto himself said in an interview when asked if he would make the book, he said he would never make the actual story.
So, no date for a published book since the creator of Naruto dosent want it to be.
If you do a search about Kishimoto's biography and look under inverviews you'll find where he said that.
