The pain of first time intercourse for a virgin is not as bad as you are fearing. Trust me, sweetie, it's a brief OW, followed by an "oh, my goodness, that's NICE!"

Yes, extra lubrication can certainly help to make it easier, but if you and your new husband take things slow, easy, and gentle, enjoying each other and working to pleasure each other, your body will provide plenty of its own lubrication to make the way smooth and easy.

If you're worried though, go ahead and use a little bit of extra lubricant. Just don't use too much, it gets messy and can really botch up your sensations so that you don't feel much of anything except slippery stickiness.

The main things to remember, for both of you, are to be gentle, patient and loving with each other.

Congratulations on your wedding, and kudos to both of you for waiting until marriage.

yes it might help if it seems difficult. I am married and have 4 children of my own. Really you don't have to worry about it much at all. If he is a kind, sweet and gentle guy. Just take the first time slow and easy. Playing around (floor play) will help out a great deal. If it does hurt at all, and for many it doesn't at all for the first time, it will only hurt for a few seconds and then your senses will be overloaded with all kind of amazing sensations that quickly make you forget.
Bleeding at first may also be comman. Don't worry about that either. It happens and will stop anywhere from a few minutes to a day of very light bleeding.
Just remember, if you feel uncomfortable with something, or if it hurts in any way just ask him nicely to give you a minute, to go slower, not to go as deep, or sometimes just moving over, up, or down can help.
This is more information then you asked for but I hope it helps. Congradulations on waitng until your married. Not many people do anymore and it is the most precious thing a husband and wife can give each other.
God bless you on your journey through marriage and a new life. Have fun.

I will say dont think or plan it to much let nature take it course,
go with the flow you want it to be somthing great to remember not look back and remember how worried you where about using ky gel.
It will help your partner to enter easier yes,but can also have a heated feeling so be sure to get the one with out the heating gel for a more natural feeling.
thats great that your partner is understanding and you both waited for each other.

Yeah, it should help some. The key is to relax during sex. I'm sure everything will be fine. It isn't as painful as you may think. Also, I commend you for staying a virgin till marriage. Most people in this day and age don't do that. Good luck and Congrats!

It can sometimes hurt even after the first time if you don't lube up (so I've been told).

Mad props for waiting. I wish I had done that. Don't worry too much about this stuff though, you're love life will be blessed because of it.

Yes KY gel will help with the pain but it also helps to try to get real relaxed and clear your mind don't think about the pain just think about how your going to love your man and please him and how he'll do the same to you

honestly, just the excitement and anticipation is enough to lubricate you, a lot of foreplay will make u flooded down there it will even wash off the KY...

the pain of piercing the hymen lasts all of two seconds, the ky will make things slide more easily if you are so nervous that your vagina is dry. there is no reason to be scared.

Would you chill, it's going to feel good!

You've put a million tampons up there, it's not going to be the first time something has been in there, and you are going to love it.
