in some forums or message boards, they list lots of rules that you have to obey, like don't do this and that or your post gets deleted. i mean, they don't have to be OVERLY strict about "YELLING" or other minor things. in extreme cases they'll even ban your account after a few deletes. i know they do that so their forums will remain VERY peacefully...

that's good for them but anyway, i feel that drives away the visitors and make them NOT wanna post in there. in fact, the most popular & active boards on the web are the casual ones, like imdb (of course these also have a certain policy, but at least they don't least like a bunch of small stuff at the door and make visitors uncomfortable).

I haven't tried other sites, I guess I'm pretty happy here. I do get tired of the one spammer who manages to come back every day, new account, post the same 5 spam blast in 5 categories, how do they miss that!?

I used to go to i m d b.c o m (not sure if I can post an address to another site) and if you even make someone mad they can have your question removed. Even if your just stating your honest opinion. I like yahoo answers better.

I agree like I see on here people post sexual/adult questions but when I do it, I get a violation and it makes me not ask questions on here.
