Cell phone lookup's cost money. They are not worth it. If you have had your number for 5 years, then you've probably given it out once-too-often and are getting solicitations. You can contact your carrier to see if there is any blocking mechanism on your phone, or in their service. Otherwise, you'll just have to change your number...a pain, I know. Unfortunately, there are no government agencies willing to help. You cannot sue, blah blah blah. This country allows all sorts of nuisances to go unpunished. If it's really getting to you, I'd change the number.
