i cant get particular class for arts. thats why i m searching web so please help me. tell me sites where i can learn online for free.

I don't know how good those are, I haven't checked them out.But from my own experience(I've been studying fine arts since fifth grade and now I'm a student in a fine arts university)I say this is pretty hard, and it is definitely not something you can learn of the net.You should go to some art classes, that's what I recommend.To master fine arts to the point that you are not embarrassing yourself is pretty hard, but on the other hand there are plenty of artists that started working really late in their life and became to be the best.What you have to do is find someone, a master to help you out, to help you get started and to work, to draw every time and anytime you have the chance.Good luck.

If you go to www.deviantart.com and type in drawing or sketching tutorials, there are a lot of good people who have put up some.
