Absolutely Egypt is safe. I'm not sure of the exact figure but there are actually tens of thousands of Americans living in Egypt.

Yes it is very safe. I also know American who are actually residing in Cairo and are very safe and happy. Egypt welcomes all tourist from all countries.

yes, all the tourists are safe here & the american which they work in egypt are safe too & happy cause they stay in egypt.
in egypt you can finish your day 3:00 am & you can walk in the street without any fairs not like america may be it is safe more than USA.

Egypt is very safe. I lived there for 7 months and never had a problem.

Egypt is safe for all tourists. It is a country that gets its main income from tourism and the government has taken precautions to protect foreigners who visit from all around the world. Egyptians are generally friendly, helpful, hospitable and used to seeing tourists around.

that is fairly worth coming to Cairo.. protection isn't an situation now..the unrest is over and some political demonstrations in only one position isn't a huge evil! the country is all yours.. you're loose and chance-free to bypass from Cairo to Alexandria to Luxor and from Aswan to red Sea inns of Sharm Elsheikh to Hurghada and back as a lot because the Mediterranean North coast... savour it!

if you think that Egyptians hates Americans , i correct that is not right Egyptians are angry with your gov`s situation in Iraq And Palestine,that doesnt mean we hate you ,absolutely ,for me i like Americans i Had friends lived with American families,and they were so kind with my friends ,i`m looking forward to take MBA form US and work there too .
i cant tell you how hard for us to get through the security areas which seted up along tourists places like Hurgada& Sharm El shaekh
