When I try to download a ringtone on my cell phone....?

Question

I go to download ringtones and my phone say "No GPRS, try CSD" I have a cingular phone and I've always been able to download ringtones but now I can't. I looked in the manual and can't figure out what is wrong. My phone is the LGCG225. well, maybe the place where you downloading from or the ringtone you want, your phone type dont support. i have that promblem with downloading background pictures. the tone you may want to download only can be downloaded on certain types of phones.
