Starting from June it's between 30 and 43 C . Not all cities are the same. Upper Egypt is the hottest (Aswan - Luxor). In some cities with beaches you can enjoy your time if you drink enough water and avoid the direct sun.
August is most difficult as humidity is very high which makes the weather feels hotter. The best time of the year to visit is March, April, May - September, October, November

its hot in summer but some locations could be the best sites in summer such as: marsa matruh, alex, north sinai.....etc.
the C: between 21 and 47C.
surely, nothing is 120 or 140 C.

hot till 40 C,humid will reach 70% in Cairo,decrease temp when go north with increase the humidity at north and east coast.
high temp in south till 45 C with low humidity

hot Aswan and Luxor is the hottest. now is the best time to come.in the valley of the kings it gets in the 60's
if you don'like the heat do not come it will make you unhappy and spoil your holliday best time end of september to early May, its fantastic then, so the summer is hot hot ,

Its usually hot.. So very light clothes...... hotels and malls and the buses that drive you around are all air conditioned..
