Zoe means life. I am 35 weeks +4 with my second. I am having another boy but if we would have had a girl we would have named her Zoey Lorelei. I love the name Zoe. We are naming our boy Zander which is defender of mankind. Zane is a nice name too.

Of Greek origin meaning "life giving". Very pretty name... For a boy, really that's up to you. I have a friend who just had a boy and named him Elliot. That's a great name. Or maybe you have a male in your family that you'd like to name him after? Either way, make it a name that is special to you. Good luck and congrats!
