If u don't know to create a website go to a web developer.But it may be costy. And ur site has to be innovative, creative and with something new. Then only u can attract visitors. If u in that possition only u can think of sponsors. No any sponsor wastes his money on dumb websites.

how are you going to have sponsors it you yourself doesnot have any expertise on website making? you have to study at least the javascript first in making website,,
