reason i ask is because i got drilled playing hoops a few days ago, and it's killing me, but my nose never bled so i'm thinkin i'm alright. but can you break your nose/septum without it bleeding? i didn't think so?

My friend has had his nose broken and it did not bleed so it can happen

if that's true that my nose must have got broken like 3 times already with out me knowing. i would try going to the doctor to get a profession opinion.

yes. I have had my nose broken 5 times and only had it bleed and got black eyes once........and the breaks were pretty severe

Your nose doesn't have to bleed. You probably just bruised it!
Even though, I would recommend you to go to your doctor, and just get it checked. He may order and X-ray or even a CAT-scan. Even though? I wish you luck!
