You've ripped your frenulum, the attachment where your foreskin is anchored under the pee hole. This can happen when your partner is not wet enough. Wait for at least a month, probably six weeks for things to heal up properly. Even masturbation may be a problem during this healing period. Once it heals properly it should be stronger than before. If it does keep ripping then you may need a frenuloplasty to lengthen the frenulum without removing tissue. Circumcision is definitely not necessary.

Hi there. Sorry for your trouble. Hygiene regimens differ for uncircumcised men. The foreskin must be pulled back, the penis cleansed, dried and the foreskin put back 1-2 times a day.If you have trouble with retracting, slowly work with the foreskin with K-y jelly. Soak in a warm tub. This sometimes help and try not to go commando May you get better soon.

If you're not circumcised the foreskin can grow attached in one spot causing this problem. Talk to our doc. It can be fixed easily and you should have it taken care of if this is your problem. My nephew had it done and it was no big deal.

If it's tight try to stretch it for a few weeks. Also, don't do it dry. You should be fine, I had the same problem and now it's perfect, yet very sensitive to rub. =)
