Primary- they are from the outside world, shape, texture, the amout of space an object takes up. They do not have any qualities of secondary, but only have the power to produce them.
Secondary-The senses, color, taste, etc. of an object. These are not innate, but are produced by the primary objects.

hmm from what i visit save in ideas....um that we are no longer born with innate ideas, yet pre-present ideas are what we come to understand of...and ..his universal concept became that understand-how is in no way thoroughly um discovered.
