no it isnt NORMAL, but its good... people dont know what the whole POINT of dating is... to find youself a mate for LIFE... you aren't going to do that when you're 14 unless you're really lucky... and the reason is because you still have a lot of growing, maturing, and changing left to go before you reach your final self, if you will.... I'm 18 about to turn 19 in a few weeks and i've never had a boyfriend only because i think being in a relationship at this point in time would hold me back, and i like to be independent... dont want any guy taking up most of my time that i want to do what I want to do, at least for right now.... you're probably very pretty and you know what, i think that after you get one bf, they just keep coming... its like you put this imaginary sign on your head saying I'M DATEABLE.... idk never had the urge to tie myself to a guy like that... i like them just as friends! good luck... don't feel left out! you aren't

I hadn't even kissed a boy until I was 16. Don't feel like you're not pretty. I didn't even ever date a boys that I went to high school with either. Now I am 21, a model and can't keep guys away from me. Wai for a boy that can treat you the way you want and is exactly what you want in a boyfreind instead of basing your self-worth off of what the other girls are doing. Chances are, in the end you will be better off and happier. Besides no one gets married or is with whoever the are with when the are 14 anyway! ; ) you have a lot to look foward too, just remember that!

having a b/f is normal, and NOT having a b/f is also normal, dont worry too much, you have close friends that can be as good as a b/f. .at 14 years old it shouldnt have to be more than a best friend for you. stop and take a look at a few other 14 year old people, not everyone has a real b/f.. dont worry, your time will come sooner than you think.. so good luck and just wait until the right time..ok??and i am sure you are pretty,but dont worry so much.. beauty is in side a person anyway..

Hi. Yeah, this is normal or you are just really unique. I'm in my teens, and have never had a boyfriend either. It's also cause I choose not to have one. But, I found that when I was just my simple, plain self, I was asked more often. Be yourself. And hey --maybe it's just cause there's a different plan in store for you. Just wait. Them boys will come around soon enough. Don't feel left out. Think of yourself as different and special (which is a good thing!).

I didn't have a boyfriend until i was 14. I never thought it was because I wasn't pretty. I just had no time for boys. I was too busy hanging out with my friends and the boys that liked me were just to immature for a girlfriend. They still liked having female friends. i wouldn't worry about it if I were you. There are probably a lot of boy interested in you just have not figured out how to approach you. A confident woman can scare away men... which is not always a bad thing.

This is so normal. I was 16 when I officially had a boyfriend. Just don't worry about it boyfriends will come. Trust me. Enjoy your youth. Don't try to grow up so fast. Concentrate on being a kid and your parents daughter. Trust me you have the good end of the stick.
Look at it this way...you are not a statistic. Boyfriend leads to dates and sex, then teenage pregnancy.
Betcha you are starting to think different now.

Its normal sweetheart, my best friend waited to have a boyfriend until she was 16 and she felt the same way, a few boys later at 20 she feels better about herself. She was a little bit bigger than all of us and had way bigger boobs and guys just wanted her for sex so she waited. I'm quite sure you are not ugly you are probably a very beautiful young lady. Don't be in a rush to be in a relationship sweetheart! :-)

this is peer presure. You will get a BF when you are ready. Who cares if your friends have a bf. If they tease you about it tell them that a true friend would not judge each other on something so silly and that you have not found a guy you really like yet. The time will come and when you are ready your parents will have to beat the boys back with sticks because they will all want you. Remeber that guys don't like girls that get around. Mention that to your friends that have tons of boyfriends. that will shut them up

You are still a child at 14. Don't worry about not having a boyfriend right now. I know some grown ups that didn't have a significant other until they were in college and beyond.

I'm 14, and have only had one girl-friend, and for a short time only. That was when I was almost 14. I have plenty of friends my age, and older, who don't and have never had a GF/BF. Don't feel left out.
