A long long time ago I was in love with this woman and she broke up with me because she said I was too irresponsible and had no goals. Back then I was pursuing a life as an Artist (had always been an artist) but I was a "starving artist". After a few tears I realized that she was right and I changed. Not for her but for me. I took my life more seriously. I used to program old computers like Apple IIs and Commodore VIC 20/C64. I decided to forget about being a starving artist and go with computers. Computer programming has always felt like an art to me anyway. I can't say that I made the right choice: perhaps if I had stuck with art then I might be a zillionaire today. But I made my choice and it changed my life. And I still feel thankful to that girl all those years ago who took the time to be direct with me and point out what was really the truth at the time. Now I have a great and stable career and own my own home. That decision (inspired by her) changed my life dramatically.

Driving in a state of extreme intoxication. It was early summer 2006. I was coming back from a party at the beach (which is a 3 hour drive) and contiued to drink on the way back as well. At first I was fine...just real happy and buzzed with no motor skills loss, I passed several cops and they didnt stop me. As I got about about 30 miles from my house I started feeling dazed. ...I just remember kinda drifting in and out. I soon had little Idea even where I was or where I was going. I guess about alittle after sunrise I awoke with my face in an airbag. Still dazed I drove to the nearest gas station..where I passed out. I awoke to a cop knocking on my window...Failed a breath test with a .12 and this was about 3 hours since my last drink. Anywho it changed my life because I learned that I will never even bring my keys to any wherethat I will be drinking becasue I cant make good decsions when im intoxicated. And because the last 6 months have been hell..with not driving, the costs(lawyers, cars, court), and being on probation. But it ended up alot better than it could have, like I could of hit a family or something.

In High School, my Bio teacher said she and her husband would sponsor me if I would go to a Pharmaceutical College in New York, and then work for her husband in that Pharmaceutical College. I said I'm not ready for that yet.
I should have taken that opportunity. That was the first wrong decision in my life.
