Stupid and illiterate people are destructive to society as a whole, seems the law protects us more from the truly evil ones than the stupid ones. But there is a case to be said for teaching them to read, you cannot always make them smarter though. Many people do believe evil people cannot be changed either. What about a stupid evil person?

No. I don't agree. But what would you suggest that we do?Identify all those who are "stupid and illiterate" and mass genocide them? One on one, that is exactly where this would lead to in a debate. Anyway, I do agree with canineleg's response. He or she is more right than most will ever know.

Evil people have done more good things for the world than stupid people. More often than not it's the stupid and the ignorant that do the most damage.

Poeple who ask questions like this and those that can not decide are the most destructive, as they sit back and watch, doing nothing about either side.

Think that one over for a bit.

The lack of education would be the root of a lot of problems, and evil tenancies may be a result of that.

I don't think an illiterate person would go on a
massacre or think up something like the Holocaust...

No, not true.
Stupidity and ignorance can be alleviated through education and experience, but evil cannot be remediated.
Good luck.

No. I don't agree. Stupidity and illiteracy can be fixed, but truly evil people can't change.
