Who's house Is It?
If It's your house, set a time limit of 30- 60's to
move out. Make a Dated Copy of the Eviction notice for them. I would make 3 for myself, and keep 2 secret and In different places ( Bank, or with a Family member, or a Friend ).
Have proof that you have Legal Rights to the house.
You might want to let them know that after the time given
that the key locks to the house will change.

just give the house mate notice if he/she isn't on the lease, if the housie is on the lease then you'll have to move.
