They need to draft a point guard. Their best players, Joe Johnson, Josh Smith, Marvin Williams and Josh Childress all play the same postion. They have enough big men to get by with Williams, Pachulia, and Wright. If Acie Law is available they should definitely take him. He's a great play maker and big time shooter that will free up their core players and make them better. However, if they have one of the top 2 picks, you can't pass up Durant or Oden if they are there. If thats the case, they could maybe trade up for a Taurean Green or wait for a 2nd round pick and get Collison or Shakur.

a pg who can pass, defend and hit the outside shot (anthony johnson is actually a good pick up for them)
a c who can rebound, block and score in the post
depth in reserves....players who can come out and contribute. a lot like tyrone lue early in the year he came off the bench and would score and put pressure on the other team
they have a very strong nucleas of smith, williams, johnson and childress...so all is not lost

Get a Coach whom understand basic X and O, get a frontline that can actually rebound and block shots and finally get a perimeter guy who consistently knock down perimeter shots...
