It depends .. what do you mean by "playin around" ?
If you mean oral sex, handjobs, making out clothed, rubbing against eachother clothed, etc.. No you can't.
If however you mean full-naked body rubbing or "slight insertion" games, then yes there is a possibility. It's not really a huge possibility.. but it is one.
The main thing I would be worried about here is STD's. You can get gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphillis in YOUR MOUTH / throat from oral sex.
You can get genital herpes or genital warts from naked rubbing... and any STD from slight insertion.. including HIV.
This is why it's a grand idea to take your partner to get tested for STD's before ever "fooling around" in any sexual sense. Why?
Even with a condom, transmission of herpes / genital warts is possible and even likely if he is infected. And no, he doesn't have to be displaying symptoms of any sort for him to be infectious.
And don't believe a word a guy says about his STD status either.. They all lie or just don't know.
And while you're there getting tested.. pick up some free condoms and birth control pills. If you're under 18? You can get it all for free at any planned parenthood clinic.. yeah, even birth control pills!
And if you're over 18 (which I doubt) you can get condoms for free and STD testing for free..
Oh.. and P.S. The clinics CAN'T tell your parents. And they won't even call your house if you tell them not to! No reason not to go. Free, and won't tell your parents.

I am so sorry that you are going through this. You must be scared. The odds of you getting pregnant aren't that high, but there definitely is a risk. Becoming pregnant usually means having actual vaginal intercourse with a semen ejaculation. Is there something that you aren't telling me?
Naked rubbing isn't going to get you pregnant - but if you are nervous, what I am guessing is that you are playing a little game of "in and out." This game CAN get you pregnant and it also means that you are indeed having sex (sorry, but it counts).
Stop playing games. Either do it and protect yourself or quit fooling around with destiny. When a man becomes sexually aroused, the pre-ejaculation fluid at the end of his penis contains sperm. Although it doesn't have a high sperm content in it like semen does, it may have enough to get you pregnant.
It also may contain the same STD's as semen. This puts you at risk for a multitude of diseases. Bottom line is that you are playing with fire. Talk to your boyfriend about a decision to have sex or to abstain. Please protect yourselves, you aren't a little girl anymore.
