Josh, I've seen her/him on live TV and there is nothing photoshop about it - s/he has got a LARGE adam's apple.

I'm glad people are finally waking up. That adams apple is a dead-sure give-away.
Women have them, but not nearly as prominent as ac.

I do know Ann needs to not purge any more meals for awhile.

Honestly,at one time,I thought she was kinda hot,in a b*tchy kind of way,but nowadays,she looks like a drugged out hooker on a street corner.

But there was that unfortuate incident at the Bohemian Grove where he got caught giving a line job to the entire Republican National Committee - he had to pretend to be a woman so they wouldn't be exposed as closet gays. And he's had to keep up the hoax ever since (they won't even let him pee standing up!)

I think you might get a better answer in a medical category. Over here, these are just cheap Liberal stunts.
But to answer your question, I have not observed this "adam's apple." I guess I do not study people for this. But I have heard that some women do have them (or they protrude more like men's do-- and not all men's protrude). I doubt she is pursuing any type of transexual surgery.
