Let me start by honoring you for your 10 years. That's great.
Look for some shops that specialize in South American or Mexican artifacts. Lots of tin used in Mexico. Go tin shopping on the internet. Look up tinsmiths in the yellow pages/internet. Write a poem with the word "tin" used prominently. Spell "ten" with an "i". Have fun.

Here are a few ideas:
- A case of an exclusive beer that he enjoys
- metal framed sunglasses
- a watch

If you're really stuck on the tin thing, you could always buy him a non-tin gift and then wrap it in tin foil for the tin theme!

Just a thought....If your local newspaper has a section to celebrate marriages, birthdays etc., run an ad wishing him a happy anniversary. Then, contact the paper about buying the print roll piece of the ad. My in-laws did this for our wedding announcement. The print roll piece is made out of tin (possibly aluminium, but probably close enough), and is a thin metal sheet of the announcement that is good for framing etc.

Why tin ? Can steel do ? Get him a steel ring, pendant and bracelet, if he fancy it. Haha ... Cause it's cheap & stainless steel. Using tin, no idea. The most art i've seen is using the chain to built StarWars character.

No need find present. Wrap yourself beautifully, and swept him off his feet to somewhere romantic. Buy yourself a sexy attire, it will turn him on.
