I have been friends with this guy for 9 years and he has loved me the whole 9 years, I'm not very atracted to him physically BUT when I'm with him I'm always happy and smiling I talk to him almost everyday for hours; But, I'm currently seeing someone it's pretty serious going on 4 yrs. but I can't ever be myself around him. With my friend I can sing to a cheesy song at the top of my lungs or say anything at all, not with my b/f I'm very uptight for whatever reason....Lately I've been questioning if it's love that I feel for my friend or is it the fact that I'm not happy with my current B/F??

I wouldn't know for sure, but I would say that you must REALLLY like this friend of yours. I think that if it were me I would go with the friend. You want to spend the rest of your life who you are almost 100% comfurtable around. Relax!

there's a difference between playing the dating game and looking at the person next to you and realizing how good you feel about yourself when you are around them. When you find someone like that, and you see enough other things about them that work for you, then that's the one.

Marry your best friend, they say. It's true.

deal with your feelings for your current bf first. its not fair to play with your friends emotions if theres a chance its more about this other guy than him. if he's the one for you he'll still be there after you've dealt with this relationship.
