I only recently heard of "carbon credits," but I bet they're expensive. I guess the message is that you can pollute all you want if you're rich.

I haven't heard anything about them being controlled by our enemies. Al Gore, certainly (which completely destroyed my belief in what he was saying was true), but not our enemies.
