Well, if memory serves, I think there are a number of scenes like that in "Porky's" (When the audience and the assistant P.E. teacher finds out why they call the female assistant P.E. teacher "Lassie", for instance.)

The American Pie series might also have scenes like that since people are pulling things on each other from time to time.

Monty Python's Life of Brian had some good scenes were the Roman sentries were trying to stifle their laughter over the speech impediment of Pontius Pilate-type character and finally failed.

Oh, then there's the classic Frankenstein scene where Herr Doktor Frankenstein discovers that the "monster" is alive. I think he's so happy he giggles or something after the second exclamatory: "It's ALIVE! It's ALIVE!!...."

I'm too tired to think of as many movies as I can, but, I will say the BEST hysterical laughter I can think of is the bath tub scene in "The Money Pit" with Tom Hanks. No matter how many times I see it I still laugh so hard I snort and tear up!
