With all do respect, he's not. The one who is overrated and overpaid on that team is Larry Hughes. O yeah, I think Big Z is great but he's too slow and fragile to keep up with the current centers, even Yao could outrun him.
Probably the coach should come with a new offensive scheme because I think it's too Lebron-dependent.

I've said this in a previous post and I'll say it again: It is foolish to say that Lebron James is overrated. All stats aside, just look at what he can do. He's a 6-8 forward who can shoot the outside jumper and take it to the basket...and finish. He rebounds, plays D, and sees the floor as well as any point guard. Find another forward who can do all that. You don't have many players in the entire league who can fill all of those roles.
If Lebron James seems as if he is not living up to the hype, it is only because he was the most hyped NBA prospect in the history of the league. Yet, he has succeeded in surpassing all of those expectations. He has choked on more than one occasion and has been in somewhat of a slump recently, but his career is just beginning. Lebron will change the game.
Please feel free to cut and paste this everytime some pre-teen hater posts some ignorant junk. I'm neither a Cleveland fan nor a Lebron fan, but ask any baller...you gotta appreciate the way Lebron can do pretty much everything on the floor.

well tough lets see lebron is very talented but he is a little over rated come on now carmelo anthony, dwayne wade and lebron james all drafted in 2003 but only d-wade and james are advertised more why d-wade he won a championship and lebron he scored a triple double in the playoffs that is why they are over rated but carmelo anthony deserves to be over rated he is the lead scorer in nba and almost miss the all star game for the third time so yes lebron is overrated you dont see any d wade commercial and wade has a championship

If you cant carry your team to a victory at the crucial points in the game then you dont deserve all the hype he gets. He gets hyped like MJ used to. LBJ cant even make his free throws the majority of the time down the stretch. So YES I think he is overrated.

A great young player just waiting for a decent supporting cast. Dan Ferry is a good GM and no doubt he'll sort the roster out. But he may be tied down with contracts.

hes a great player, gifted athlete, and has all the tools to win championships in the future...he does however need the rigt supporting cast to suit his game...much like jordan had.
maybe james needs a PG who can run the show and score...a SG with a reliable jump shot...a PF who enforces pain with hard screens and good rebounding...and a C who does the same...
end of the day he needs players who can do things without him getting directly involved

he may be the best overall player.. but what use is being the best if you cant close games and win them.. For me kobe is the best overall.. not in stats but in offense and defense.. his killer instinct is what lebron nor wade has.. ts what jordan and kobe have in common.. that is why kobe was called heir jordan..
