okay this one is for all the fans of the movie donnie darko what should we have learned form the movie? and why?

We learned from Donnie Darko that time travel, while fun is also
dangerous when a huge jet plane engine falls on you. We learned
that a boy in love will give his life for the girl he loves. It's a simple message, but it's there.
