Seriously? Find a RETIRED American expat who lives in Japan who's willing to do part-time work.

It seems that trolling_for_fundies isn't informed. There are more AS/400 gurus than you would think.

I would advertise on sites like Dice.com or Monster.com.

Most AS/400 stuff can be done remotely as unlike a Microsoft server, one must be near the system at times.......
